Important information - read before registration!

1. Food

The event includes dinner on Friday and Saturday, as well as brunch on Saturday and Sunday. There will also be Nuts and Fruits available during the day. All food will be vegetarian, if you have additional dietary requierements, please let us know through the "personal message" field in the registration form. We will try and accomodate your requirements, but please be aware that it might not be possible to do so in all cases.
We are contractualy barred from providing additional food at the venue, but we will not check your bags if you brought additional supplies to have fun and be merry at the event ;)
The nearest supermarket is about a 10-minute drive from the venue.

2. Rooms

Most rooms are double rooms, but there are 4 single rooms available at an additional cost of 40€. The double rooms come in 2 categories. Category 1 come with a shower, for category 2 there are shared shower rooms in the corridor. We will prioritize giving Category 1 rooms to those who pay the higher 28+ price, but we are restricted by availability and can not make any promises.

3. Roommates

If you register with a partner, we will plan for you to share the room unless you say otherwise in the personal message field. For those of you registering without a partner, we will match you as we see fit, if you have any specific wishes about who you want to share a room with, please let us know through the personal message field.

§1 Veranstaltung

Als Veranstaltung gilt im Weiteren:
-Das "Tango Youth Gathering Hamburg 2026" vom 24.4.2026 18 Uhr bis 26.4.2026 19 Uhr im CVJM Sunderhof, Forstweg 35, 21218 Seevetal
-Der optional zubuchbare Shuttletransport vom und zum Bahnhof Hittfeld am 24.4.2026 und 26.4.2026

§2 Veranstalter

Durchführender Veranstalter und Alleinverantwortlicher der Veranstaltung ist die Leptin & Hasimova GbR. Die vertretungsberechtigten Gesellschafter sind Nathan Leptin und Madina Hasimova, die während der Planung und Durchführung als verantwortliche Ansprechpartner anwesend und in Belangen der Veranstaltung weisungsbefugt sind.

§3 Teilnehmer

Teilnehmer sind alle Personen die zur Veranstaltung über das Formular auf dieser Seite angemeldet sind, ihren Teilnahmebetrag gemäß der Kommunikation mit dem Veranstalter innerhalb der geforderten Frist gezahlt haben und dessen Teilnahme durch den Veranstalter bestätigt wurde. Dem Veranstalter liegt zum Zeitpunkt der Veranstaltung eine vollständige Liste der Teilnehmer vor.

§4 Stornierungsbedingungen

Entscheidet sich ein Teilnehmer von der Teilnahme zurückzutreten, ist dies dem Veranstalter schriftlich mitzuteilen.
-Bei Bekanntmachung der Nichtteilnahme bis zum 24.2.2026 wird der Teilnahmebetrag bis auf eine Bearbeitungsgebühr von 10€ vollständig erstattet.
-Bei Bekanntmachung der Nichtteilnahme bis zum 24.3.2026 werden vom Teilnahmebetrag 40€ einbehalten.
-Bei Bekanntmachung der Nichtteilnahme nach dem 24.3.2026 wird der Teilnahmebetrag vollständig einbehalten.
Ein Teilnehmer hat die Möglichkeit seine Teilnahme auf eine andere geeignete Person zu übertragen. In diesem Fall überschreibt der Veranstalter die Teilnahmerechte des ursprünglichen Teilnehmers auf die geeignete Person. Die Erstattung gegen den ursprünglichen Teilnehmer schuldet in diesem Fall die geeignete Person. Der ursprüngliche Teilnehmer hat in diesem Fall dem Veranstalter mit seiner Absichtserklärung von der Veranstaltung zurückzutreten eine geeignete Person samt Kontaktdaten zu vermitteln. Ob eine Person als geeignet gilt, liegt in der alleinigen Entscheidung des Veranstalters. Ist der ursprüngliche Teilnehmer nicht in der Lage eine geeignete Person zu vermitteln, gelten die Stornobedingungen entsprechend der oben genannten Fristen.

§5 Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung

Der Veranstalter behält sich für Fälle von unpassendem Verhalten das Recht vor Teilnehmer von der Teilnahme der Veranstaltung nach eigenem Urteil teilweise oder vollständig auszuschließen. Als unpassendes Verhalten gilt insbesondere, aber nicht ausschließlich, jegliches Verhalten welches geeignet ist das Ansehen der Veranstaltung oder der Veranstalter zu schädigen, ausfälliges und grenzüberschreitendes Verhalten gegenüber anderen Teilnehmern oder Dritten, Sachbeschädigung, Ruhestörung, Mobbing und Beleidigung - auch online - sowie vergleichbare Verhaltensweisen.
Ein Ausschluss von der Veranstaltung durch den Veranstalter ist nicht anfechtbar und berechtigt nicht zur Erstattung der Teilnahmegebühr. Bei Ausschluss vor Beginn der Veranstaltung bis zum 23.4.2026 23:59 Uhr werden Kosten entsprechend §4 erstattet.

§6 Höhere Gewalt

Im Falle unvorhersehbarer Ereignisse wie Naturkatastrophen, Terroranschläge, Krieg oder vergleichbarer Ereignisse die die Durchführung des Events unmöglich machen, behält der Veranstalter sich vor die bis zum Zeitpunkt des Bekanntwerdens des Hinderungsgrundes entstandenen Kosten einzubehalten um seinen wirtschaftlichen Schaden aufzufangen. Kosten die zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht entstanden sind, werden den Teilnehmern in einem angemessenen Zeitrahmen erstattet.

§1 Event

The event is defined as:
-The "Tango Youth Gathering 2026" from 24.4.2026 6pm to 26.4.2026 6pm in the location CVJM Sunderhof, Forstweg 35, 21218 Seevetal
-The optionally bookable Shuttle Transport from and to Bahnhof Hittfeld on 24.4.2026 and 26.4.2026

§2 Organiser

The organiser and sole responsible person for the event is the Leptin & Hasimova GbR. The authorized representatives are Nathan Leptin and Madina Hasimova, they will be present throughout the events planning and implementation and are authorized to instruct participants in all matters related to the event.

§3 Participants

A participant is any person who registered for the event through the form on this website, paid their participation fee as per the communication with the organiser and received a confirmation of their participation from the organiser. The organiser will keep a complete list of the confirmed participants at the venue of the event during the event.

§4 Cancellation

If a participant decides not to participate at the event he has to inform the organiser immediately in writing.
-If the participant cancels their participation until the 24.3.2026 he is refunded the participation fee minus a cancellation fee of 10€.
-If the participant cancels their participation until the 24.3.2026 he is refunded the participation fee minus an increased cancellation fee of 40€.
-If the participant cancels their participation after the 24.3.2026 the participation fee will not be refunded.
A participant can transfer their participation to a suitable person. In this case the organiser transfers the rights to participate at the event from the original participant to the suitable person. It is then the original participants duty to take care of the financial compensation between the original participant and the suitable person. The original participant has to give the Name and contact of the suitable person to the organiser with their communication of resignation from the event. Whether or not a person is suitable lies in the sole judgement of the organiser. If the original participant is unable to present a suitable person, the cancellation fees apply as written above.

§5 Exclusion from the event

If a participants behaves in a way that is fit to harm the reputation of the event or that of the oragnisers, the organiser may exclude that person from the event or a part thereof. Such behaviour may include among others: hate speech and mobbing (this includes online), harassment, insults to other participants and/or third parties, damage to property, disturbance of the peace and any similar behaviour.
An exclusion from the event by the organiser is not contestable and does not entitle a participant to a refund of any fees paid. If a participant is excluded from the event before the 23.4.2026, 11:59pm the organiser will refund the participant according to §4.

§6 Force Majeure

In case of unforeseeable events like natural catastrophies, acts of terror, war or comparable events that make it impossible to carry out the event as planned, the organiser reserves the right to keep the money for any costs incurred until the hindering event became public in order to lessen his economical damage. Costs that haven't incurred until that moment will be reimbursed to the participants in a reasonable time.
